If I could’ve given zero stars I would’ve. Dr Winston Neckles is a bully and clearly just wants this job for the money that he’s tell you anything for you to go against the way that you feel. Dr Neckles was the attending Dr at Downstate when I went. I am currently pregnant and 40w3d post. I went in to check on baby’s fluids and was basically being forced to stay to be induced without medical reason to try forcing it on me. Monitoring baby, everything looked perfect. Baby’s fluids, perfect. Heart rate and my blood pressure was fine. I am perfectly healthy and so is baby. When I denied being induced without medical cause he came and told me I’m going to end up with a dead baby if I continue to wait since I past my due date! I am well educated on the complications that comes with a pregnancy that is way overdue but that isn’t my case. I told him I wanted things to happen natural with my baby and he said everything to make me feel like my decision was wrong and told me once I discharge myself that’s it. I left that hospital uncomfortable filled with slight regret and anxiety because of what he said to me. Why would you tell someone they’d end up with a dead baby just because they’re 3 days post due date and wanted their baby to come naturally on their own instead of forcing contractions with pitosin and other medication. I knew my decision wasn’t wrong and yet he still made me feel uneasy with all the things he was saying before casually walking off and telling the other doctor to give me my papers to sign. 0/10 would not recommend a doctor like him.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Neckles for the past 5 years and I must say he’s one of the best doctor’s who has ever treated me. He explains everything to me and is very thorough with his examinations and care. I had my prenatal care with him and he delivered my daughter two weeks ago via csection. My recovery has been exceptional and my follow-up care has also been amazing. Thank you Dr. Neckles for being the amazing doctor that you are.

Dr, Neckles is great He's caring , very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. I would recommend him. I didn't give him a 5 because like most doctor's offices, the wait time is usually longer than expected.
