Dr. Yu's office and staff are very professional. I went into his office for a colonoscopy consultation. which I booked the appointment 2 months in advance. I would suggest having them put you on a waiting list for any cancellations. Waiting time at his office was not long. Dr Yu and his office staff explained the procedure and in detail provided me with instructions for prep. At the time of my colonoscopy, Dr Yu came in to check on me before the procedure. I found him very professional and compassionate. The office staff highly praised him which made me feel more comfortable with the procedure. I would say that I had an amazing experience with no discomfort or pain after the procedure.

Dr Yu practices safe Covid-19 practices in his office. Dr. Thoughtfully considered all of my complicated history in both what to prescribe, to test me and ultimately to have a procedure with him. His staff is amazingly on-point. Jen follows up immediately. Dr. Conveys test results punctually. I would highly recommend the office and the office manager as well.
