Dr. Wyslaine Lamontagne, MD

I didn't face any issues while making an appointment and the staff was polite. However, when I arrived at the office for my 3:30 pm appointment, I asked the staff if they were running on time. To my dismay, I was informed that I would be seen at 4:15 pm. After the staff took my vitals, I was led into a room and left to wait. Unfortunately, at 4:45 pm, I informed the front desk that I could not wait any longer, but they told me that the doctor was finishing up. Understandably, sometimes appointments run over, but not once did anyone check on me or give me an update. Waiting for over an hour is beyond ridiculous and speaks volumes about how the office operates. Additionally, the office is worn down and feels more like a run-down walk-in clinic. The way this office is run speaks volumes about the quality of care I would receive.

Dr. Lamontagne has been an ideal doctor for me for years. She is straight forward and I appreciate her candor and technique.

The worst doctor I have ever visited.

I do not recommend. It was very easy to make an appointment and the receptionist was very nice. Support staff was very kind during my visit, albeit unprofessional (yelling across the office to one another, walking in on the "doctor" with a patient, etc.). LaMontagne was not pleasant. She was rude, laughed at one of my symptoms, and also refused to prescribe a medication I've been taking for 5+ years and could not provide an explanation. I went to a real doctor after who said that her choice was just a personal preference. I didn't know doctors could refuse treatment based on personal bias. Depression screening was just a questionnaire you can find online and when she saw the results she read it out like a BMI and didn't have any comment or recommend anything for treatment. What a waste of time. Total visit was approx. 2 hours - way too long. Please don't go here.

Received excellent care from Dr Lamontagne and her staff members. Even Kevin from the billing department is friendly and goes above and beyond to help ensure you are taken care of. Best experience I have had from a practice.

This office is a rip-off! They charged me for a visit that should not have been charged due to being an annual physical. I called the office twice about refunding my money and was given excuses about an absentee billing person. To date, no billing person ever called. Would not recommend.

I had a very good experience at her clinic, she asked the good questions. I had to have a minor surgery under a foot. II'm diabetic, she explained me very well the precaution to avoid infection. She speaks french. English is a second language for me so her french helped me a lot.

During my most recent visit with Dr. Lamontagne she demonstrated a level of professionalism, medical knowledge, social grace, sincere concern for my well being, and an overall competence that I rarely experience in a doctor visit. Additionally, her facility is immaculately clean and expertly outfitted to deal with a comprehensive examination. No need to go else ware for blood work, etc. I recommend Dr. Lamontagne without reservation. Five stars Doc!

I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. She prescribed outdated medication that was not effective at all. Then after a spinal tap and an MRI showing multi disc herniation, she refused to prescribe anything for pain. She told me that I needed to go to physical therapy after discharging me from the hospital but wouldn't send me to a rehab facility. Then told me that I couldn't drive until my follow up with the neurologist but only prescribed outpatient treatments...that I'd have to drive to.

She is very considerate and knowledgable. I love her!
