This is the most amazing Family Doctor. He explains things the proper way. Yes he takes a bit. But he makes sure you understand and are taking care off.

I have been seeing him as my PCM for roughly 3 yrs now. Every time I have seen Dr. Quinones he has always been professional, listens to my issues and provides me great medical service. He does not run any further behind than any other dr I have seen in the military medical system over the last 27 yrs. I would highly recommend him for anyone that is seen at the clinic at Ft. Sam.

Never meets scheduled appt time, always at least an hour behind. Have had to reschedule appt with another provider so I would not have to spend half a day in a waiting room for a 20 min appt. Never has apologized for the inconvienience he causes making his patients wait. I will ask for a different PCM to be assigned.
