Dr. Xiao-Mei Zeng, MD

Dra. Zeng is the worst OB-GYN Dr. I have had.I suffer from unbearable pelvic varicose veins during pregnancy.On the delivery date, I was being attended to only by nurses on the birthing table, and the veins bursted (hemorrhaged). By the time she arrived, she panicked over my bleeding, injected me with anesthesia multiple times to sew, and I passed out. I have a bad appearance in my private after her sutures.I will never recommend this Dr to anyone who needs a good OB-GYN.

My wife and I had our baby delivered by Dr. Xiaomei Zeng happy and healthy earlier this year. She is an experienced professional dedicated to her craft. She has the experience of delivering thousands of babies. We are confident that the delivery went better than expected because of Dr. Zeng's expertise.

I never met with her but with the np’s. Zero confidence in the support staff. No one ever answers or returns calls. Rude and incompetent admin staff. Nurses appear inexperienced. Stressful environment to witness.

I went for a free wellness visit provided by my insurance. I saw the nurse practitioner because Dr. Zeng was unavailable. They insisted on a urine test, not part of a gynecologist exam and charged me for it. Then asked if I had any questions and charged me 80.00 for the conversation without warning. I am contesting this. If I was aware of the imminent charge I would not have asked ANY questions. I will not be returning to this office.

Dr. Zeng is a caring, kind, and competent professional. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family.

I could not have found a better physician. Dr Zeng took the time to explain my treatment plan, answer all my concerns, and provided the best care possible! Her staff is wonderful also. I highly recommend Dr Zeng, hands down, she is the absolute best!!

I have taken care of Dr. Zeng patients at the hospital and I was so impressed with the way she cared for her patients that I decided to become her patient myself. She came with her speaker on a little bag at 2am to deliver my baby while playing some nice and relaxing classical music and did an amazing job! I could never see anyone else, shes great a what she does

Dr. Zeng is by far the best gynecologist! She is kind, caring and brilliant. She took the time and explained my menopause issues. I feel so much better. I trust Dr. Zeng more than any other doctor.

Dr. Zeng, Is a very knowledgeable, precise, and factual physician. The individual health assessment, in combination with her experience, equals timely, and honest answers to specified health issues. She was able to address and diagnose my health problem in one visit, after numerous doctor visits, and many years suffering. Dr. Zeng did an amazing job!!!

Was so impressed with the office and doctor. Got me in quickly and arranged for surgery very fast. Very competent and felt very comfortable.

Dr Zeng is amazing. She performed my hysterectomy. I was terrified to have the surgery done however her confidence and skill eased me. Turns out she is the best at what she does. My surgery went well and I am recovering. Love her as my gyn. She is extreamly knowledgeable about womens health issues.

I like Dr. Zeng she is a kind and compassionate gyn and I don't usually fair too well with doctors. She is very fast and very busy but extremely knowledgeable and hears you out, taking into consideration how you feel which is rare today in a doctor. Her staff is kind as well which is a plus when your having a difficult time and I usually get pushed out the door on pain issues which have been difficult for me forcing me to see multiple doctors with no luck. She made a good effort I appreciated

Dr. Zeng is an amazing Physician. Her practice is very busy because she is that good, AWESOME to be honest!!! Yes, you may have to wait a little while and yes your visits are fairly quick BUT nothing out of the ordinary. Her staff is well trained and most of them have worked with her for a very long time. Jennifer is amazing, I highly recommend you speak with her for any nursing questions. She has been there since I've been a patient, 2007!! Dr. Zeng is super amazing in the delivery room.

A person name Angie called today to discuss my deductible for next visit, she said my payment for upcoming appointment will vary from $139-189 depending on the "codes" doctor uses. And I mentioned that I receive one routine check up a year for free, she said " nothing in life is for free honey". Seriously? I don't even know who this person is. She was very loud and kept interrupting me. They charge too much, I went to Cleveland clinic and paid twice as less for a visit .

Had a problem but was a new patient. They fit me in immediately. Dr. Zeng was very thorough and might have saved my life. I definitely recommend Dr. Zeng.

Dr. Zheng is very personable and knowledgable. I highly recommend her.

This office fit me in same day as a new patient which is mostly unheard of. Dr. Zeng was friendly, appeared to know her stuff, was fast, thorough and professional. I think her office staff could be more friendly, personable and compassionate.

Dr. Zeng was very professional as well as extreme caring. I felt very comfortable under her care.
