Dr. Ximena Ruiz, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Ruiz for a few years now and I love her bedside manner and she listens to what you have to say . I wouldn’t want any other doctor .

My visit with Dr. Ruiz is always very pleasant and all of my questions are answered. She shows a real concern and care for her patients.

Dr. Ruiz is thorough and truly cares about her patients. Visits are never rushed.

Was glad to have office visit again. I live over a hundred miles away. We are trying a new medication that I’ve yet to see any results but hoping to see a change soon.

Friendly Professional

I moved to the tri-county area three years ago. I was very concerned about finding a rheumatologist here after being cared for with Piedmont Hospital, Georgia. I loved my doctor there. She was excellent. And so is Dr. Ruiz. I immediately was at ease with Dr. Ruiz. She listened to me, asked me questions, referred to the paperwork I brought with me from Georgia and talked about the ‘plan’ for my medications. I knew immediately I was in good hands and so very thankful to have her here in the tri-county area. I highly recommend her. She is understanding, listens, takes the time to go over all of your questions. On a scale of one to five I give her a six…she goes well beyond what I expected. Her staff is top notch and personable too. They too do a wonderful job. I’m thankful to have her as my doctor and highly recommend her.

She was on time as usual. Very thoughtful and caring. My experiences with her have always been pleasant. She works well with my insurance carrier and is always concerned about outcomes of the medicines I take.

After years in Montgomery AL looking for a good Rheum, I found her. She has been helpful, she listens and is very profession but ut not stuffy.

Awful, Bullied out of the room, told to go to ER for further treatment when recommended by other Drs. No compassion or professionalism
