DR.Lu is impersonal. He seemed to blow off my concern. I had been dealing with a post op complication involving my speech,swallowing, and I was concerned with the choking, response from Dr. Lu, rolling his eyes at me,asked, what how that was possible. A concern of mine was my symptoms had not been getting better since surgery. I was told to see a psych MD and once my street was fixed then my neuro symptoms would be fixed. I felt judged and mistreated. I would never recommend and friend or family
