Thoughtful consultation
Dr. Song answered all the questions he could about the upcoming procedure and was clear about why he couldn't answer a few of them. His answer to each question took into account the familiarity with the subject matter suggested by the wording of the question, and he was careful to make sure that the answer was understood correctly.

Dr.Song and nurse reviewed my file before they talked to me. It shows they care. The Dr. Discussed with me my opinions and gave me his idea of a plan.We discussed options and he listened.I would trust him with my knees .
