I saw Dr. Chang a few years ago told me to take chemo. and steroid drugs without checking to see if i had the autoimmune problem. My WBC dropped all the way down to 0.04 and ended up in the ICU for 10 days with sepsis. The hospital contacted him about my situation and I never got a call back. He probably knew he did something wrong and got scared...

I was in pain with my Rheumatoid Artristis and was referred to see Dr Chang few weeks back. Staffs there were polite and nice. I had the Friday 1pm appointment and it's fully booked that day, the office was packed with patients, but Dr Chang saw me right on schedule. He was very patient with me and answered all my concerns, not like some other doctors where you wait for hours and see the doctor for only 1 minute. The medical assistant who gave me the shot was very pro, didn't feel pain at all.

Dr. Chang is the best doctor I ever seen. When I saw him for my arthritis, he was kindly asking me all my family history, viewing blood text report, checking my feet carefully and asking my health problems in the pass years. After Dr. Chang patiently checked all the details, he prescribed the medication that just worked right for me. I am glad I finally found a right doctor. If you need to see a rheumatologist, I highly recommend Dr. Chang.

I found them to be misleading and inefficient. When I called to make an appointment, I was assured that Dr. Chang spoke Cantonese which was not true. He was abrupt and rude to my mother. His nurse who was supposed to translate was incredibly rude as well. We decided not to go back for the follow up. However, his office called and lured us back saying there was something wrong with her blood test results. That was a total lie.
