I have seen dr park 2 times now both have been extremely unhelpful or comforting I often leave feeling more anxious then I went in and find myself scouring my after visit notes to figure out what she thought was going on. Very dismissive of my concerns and when I asked for specific blood work to be done was told there’s no point unless we have other results to compare them too etc. Zero interest in my medical history etc etc I went back the second time in hopes that maybe the first was a fluke or bad day. Appears it was not

Dr. Park’s nurse was very nice. She was funny and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Park was also amazing! She listened to me and didn’t dismiss any of my google search diagnosis. I am lucky to have her as my doctor, and I am planning on bringing my husband to her as well.

The first and only time I went I felt she didn't listen to any of my problems. She sighed so much during the appointment and questioned me with attitude I felt about my own issues that I dealt with for years. She seemed so done and disgusted like she just wanted to get the appointment done and over with. She never listened to anything I said and rushed the appointment out of the way. My issue has now gotten worse and theres no way I'm going back cus nothing changes. A waste of time and I'll be getting a new doctor soon.

I waited over an hour for my first visit with Dr. Park. When she did come, she was pretty cold and matter of fact. She did not discuss my background or current issues, just decided that I should stop my medicine without even knowing really why I was taking it. Hopefully she will take these reviews to heart and learn to be more compassionate to her patients.

I felt like she didn’t listen to me or my issues. She was focused on one main problem that was from months ago that was no longer bothering me.. but failed to communicate or accommodate what I WAS struggling with at the time. I didn’t feel like I mattered I was only on her time and when she was done she was done. I haven’t went back to her for over a year, and have had numerous stays in the ER, and I didn’t even get ONE follow up phone call over the year span. Glad I have now switched doctors!

I was very disappointed in my visit with Dr. Park. I have an rare chronic disease history and have been followed by a neurologist most of life. Dr. Park did not think that I needed to establish care with a neurologist if everything was managed. Considering the fact it takes three to four months minimum to establish care with a neurologist, this did not sit well with me. I would rather be established, so I can get in sooner if things change. Also, I needed a supplement refilled. She hesitated to fill it and wanted to see my medical records first. The supplement was an amino acid, not a opioid or benzodiazepine. That was very frustrating. When I called to have the script sent to a Walgreens instead of a hospital, she refused. I had really high hopes going into my appointment and was very disappointed.

Saw her a few times and I felt like Dr Park was very cold and dismissive. I am a young and healthy nurse, so I am a very easy patient with minimal complaints. However, on the rare occasion that I do have a concern, I hope to find a provider who will consider my concerns as well.

Uncaring doctor and staff, my Wife was tested positive for COVID-19 and it’s protocol to let ur primary care knows. Well I called multiple times to address the situation and finally get a call back after day 5 of testing positive for coronavirus. I had ask multiple questions regarding my wife health and what can I do as a husband. Their only answer was to take her to the ER. I ask is there any medication she can prescribe to ease some of her Covid-19 symptoms and again her staff McKenna repeatedly kept saying take her to the ER. Got any questions? Take her to the ER. I asked if she can get a virtual meeting appointment and she says no( too busy or no time). Plain and simple no follow up calls or concern for her patient. I have read and study more on my own about Covid-19 because apparently this doctor yawner park don’t give a care. Well my wife is doing better now and will beat Covid-19 in 4 days withOut doctor yawner park. Thanks for nothing! Will be looking for another doctor soon!

I only saw her twice. When I came to her about my physical and mental health, she seemed rushed. We were never in a room together longer than 10 minutes. Then, I had a feelintors. I am so very glad I did. Last year I had labs and was told that I was okay and nothing to worry about. TODAY under my new doctor, I was told that I was in fact NOT alright and am at RISK for a few things! This woman and her team never called me for a follow up and put my health at risk! I had no idea! I could have been in real trouble over the past year! Just do not use her services and find a doctor who will really invest in you and care.

I’ve had Dr. Park for a few months and she listens more than any other doctor I’ve had. Her office calls me to follow up to see how I’m feeling, and they are very thorough about the questions she asks and the exams. She explains everything and her Nurse McKenna is also thoughtful, and friendly.

My wife suffers from Anxiety and has trouble articulating her concerns. Dr. Park was rushed and dismissive of my wife's very intimate concerns and rushed out of the room before my wife could voice all of her concerns. My wife is now very discouraged and feels no one will ever listen to her concerns. Concerns that affect effect all women who've had a difficult birth or are of a certain age.

I met Dr. Park recently for the first time as a new patient. Dr. Park was confident, calm, knowledgeable and professional. She listened as we talked through my history and current medical information, asking questions I anticipated while leaving nothing out or failing to ask something that caused me concern. I felt a great rapport with her, and more to the point, feel that all-important sense of trust with her as my doctor. I definitely recommend her.
