Baste on my prolog work with MD Semenov Yakov, he is Over clarified Graduate Certified and Practiced on Two Continents. The experience, competence and knowledge a MD like him has need to respected and praised. My advice to everyone who looking to get help and get better is to get an appointment with MR Semenov Yakov follow trough the scheduled visit and treatment and be successful at the end.Looking for a second opinion in the process of receiving treatment is something I highly support, BUT do not be so quick to discount the expertise of a Dr. that have twice the experience of your second opinion provider. Semenov cancelled my son's appointment a couple of hours before it was going to take place and left us without medical attention options when my son was already out of his urgently-needed ADHD medication because Semenov had postponed my son's original appointment by 8 days for personal reasons. We had been waiting for a month for the appointment and I submitted my son's details including his birth date when originally scheduling. But the excuse was that Semenov does not see patients under 16. My son will turn 16 in just 5 months, but Semenov left us out to dry and refused to see him, even just once via telehealth. No one could look at my son's birth date when originally confirming the appointment a month ago or when postponing us 9 days ago?!?! I had to find a new Dr due to my insurance changing.
