Dr. Yamuna Kasaraneni, MD

Dr K could not be more hateful, accusational, or obnoxious. I have been in healthcare for 25 years and she takes the cake with poor bedside manner. It's unfortunate that she's even employed in this area considering her negative reviews across every facility she has managed to get hired into.

My doctor was on vacation and suggested I go to the express care for shortness of breath and coughing. This woman was there and said nothing was wrong with me and that I had lung disease. My oxygen level was 90%. This was a Friday. By Monday, I was down to 89%. My doctor prescribed a steroid and an inhaler on Monday and by Tuesday, I felt so much better. This woman, I won't call her a doctor, took a chest x-ray and compared it to a spinal x-ray from 2022. I suffered all weekend because she doesn't know what she is doing. She acted like I was asking for narcotics. All I wanted was to feel better. I'm disappointed that St. Francis employs her.

This Dr. was pathetic. She was rude, arrogant, and not caring about the patient. If you are not passionate about your job; then this is how you behave.

I went to Dr. K when I got violently sick with stomach bug. She was clear in the diagnosis, reassured me several times, and gave me medications that helped me feel better right away!

Dr. Kasaraneni was an absolute delight. When I broke both my arms in a freak accident at home, she jumped into action and made sure I was treated right away. Her sense of urgency was such a relief in my time of need. I would strongly reccommend Dr. Kasaraneni to any of my friends and family.

My daughter's serious fall at home brought us to the Urgent Care Center where Dr. Kasaraneni was working. My daughter was crying and in pain while I was upset with her situation. Dr. Kasaraneni's kind, gentle and tender approach helped to calm my daughter and made us both feel that everything would be OK. Her work up and diagnosis was spot on and to be truthful the entire visit went better than I ever thought it could.

Dr. Kasaraneni treated my son for Strep Throat and throttled my wife/his mom with rude comments based on false assumptions and not knowing our family/situation. I would likely walk out of UC and go to ER if I knew she is on duty again. I find the other reviews collaborate our experience in terms of her arrogance and poor people skills.

Dr. Kasaraneni and I met while working out, I told her some symptoms I was having. I went to see her the next day and she was so helpful & staff so friendly! The wait time was short, the examination was not unnerving like other doctors I've experienced. I got my prescription, and she even followed up with me! Quick, easy and kind.

I would give zero stars if allowed. Poor clinical judgement, rude to patients and family. Would not recommend to anyone.

My daughter and I have been misdiagnosed several times abd our symptoms are always dismissed without proper testing. Not everything is allergies or a cold. We always end up having to see someone else or go back to get a proper diagnosis from one of their more professional and better trained doctors.
