Poor communication skills, lack of empathy
I recently visited Dr. Yana Golubitskaya at Seagate Family practice office in Bensonhurst and had a terrible experience. Dr. Golubitskaya was incredibly rude and dismissive throughout my appointment. She interrupted me repeatedly and made me feel rushed and unheard. When I asked questions, they responded with condescending remarks and seemed annoyed by my concerns. Overall, the visit was stressful and disheartening. I would not recommend Dr. Golubitskaya to anyone seeking compassionate and professional medical care. Dont waste your time.
