Nice doctor, horrendous manners from receptionist!
I really liked Dr. Sloane. His front desk receptionist was so very rude each time. She was derogatory, condescending and rude each and every single time I went in. I never have had anybody treat me rudely at a doctors office, period. You get what you give. Well in this case, she was on some entire other level. She was a dark haired white woman, not attractive and a little if not a lot overweight. I regret not making note of it with Dr. Sloane, but I wanted nothing more to do with the office after my exchange with her. What a nightmare receptionist.

The Best
October 2024, I saw Dr Sloane and by November 18, he was no longer with Franciscan. Very not right. No notice to his patience and left with all kinds of stuff to be done. He is a thorough doctor, and responsible. Where is he?Tell us the truth!!!! Next, I'm going to file a police report 'that he is missing' seriously.

Dr Sloane is a remarkably excellent physican. As a primary care centerpiece he listens synthesizes information and is able to involve the appropriate people/actions in the patient care. He is the best CHI doctor in a PCP position I have seen. Excellent communicator, responsive, cares. His students are lucky to work with him.
