Disappointing Annual Visit Experience
I visited this doctor for my annual check-up, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. I waited for over an hour to be seen, and when the doctor finally attended to me, it felt rushed and impersonal. They didn't perform a proper examination and quickly referred me to a specialist without addressing my concerns.Additionally, there was a virtual assistant involved in the process, which made the interaction feel even less personal. To make matters worse, I was directed to the aesthetic services offered in their office instead of focusing on my health concerns. It became clear that the priority was profit rather than patient care.Despite this poor experience, I later received a bill from their office, even though this was supposed to be a routine annual check-up with no additional procedures or exams conducted.I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking genuine care and attention for their health.

My first experience with Trujillo Medical Center was rather odd. My husband and I went there for a general checkup. I was surprised to be greeted by a rather aloof doctor, whom didn’t really do much as I would expect for a checkup. She immediately sent us to get blood work done, which is conveniently located in the same office. After having our blood work done, this is where things took a turn for the worse. To discuss my blood results, I was asked to schedule a virtual meeting over my results. My co pay was 30 dollars. During this meeting, I asked questions about my results and how to improve my cholesterol which was high at the time. The nurse I spoke to was incapable of giving me a solid answer on how to fix this. Every answer was, ”not sure”. What they did tell me was to schedule an appointment with their nutritionist; clearly an attempt to get more money out of me. Fast forward to last week, I was experiencing really bad discomfort in my eye, and I need to see an ophthalmologist.

I was looking for a new primary care doctor, and this was one of the first results that came up that was covered by my insurance. Dr. Trujillo, however, did not seem to care to really listen to my concerns and she was in a hurry to rush me out of the door. She was dismissive of my concerns and I had to tell her to prescribe diagnostic test. Another thing that really bother me is, that she came in with a student and did not take the time to ask me if I was ok with him been there in the room with us. I think that was not professional. If I ask for a woman Dr. is because I do not feel Comfortable with male Dr. even worse with a male student. Also, she did not explain to me my lab results, and I was not clear what the Insurance paid and what was my responsibility to pay. I got the bill afterwards, to this day I still do not know if I overpay. But I would not go back to that clinic. I will find a New primary doctor. I am so disappointed and frustrated.

The office itself is nice and the staff was very friendly. Front desk, the nurse, and the med students were all very friendly and patient. Dr. Trujillo, however, did not seem to care to really listen to my concerns. If you just want a doctor to prescribe you whatever that matches whatever words she chose to listen to and "talk" to you about your medical concerns as she's already opening the door with a foot out in the hallway to rush out, I guess this is the place for you. I only came here because my employer switched my insurance and I had to find a new PCP.

Horrible experience. They mostly speak Spanish and hard to understand. Two times they charged me a copay for annual visits that’s are covered with my insurance (free to me). She rushes you out fast, but the wait time is super long. I don’t feel like she cared to hear about my concerns. I have had elevated blood results and they don’t explain them to me. They just call to say everything is fine and to lose a little weight. Not professional. I am not happy with this doctor and I am very unlikely to go back!

horrible office, staff is not very attentive, dr. only sees patients for a short amount of time, and appointments scheduled run over an hour late. the staff primarily speak Spanish, so I would not recommend going here for medical care unless you can speak and understand Spanish. I only speak English, and found it unprofessional of them to address me in Spanish- when I made it clear I don't speak spanish.

They have NO IDEA how to do their job. They are MONEY HUNGRY. They had me come in for over 5 appointments and still no diagnosis. I went to my old provider who is no longer in my insurance, had to pay out of pocket, but my old provider was able to pinpoint what was going on in one quick and easy appointment. This place is a disaster! Dr. Trujillo and staff insisted I had something terribly wrong with me, and wanted to do a CT scan and after seeing my old provider, it was just a pulled muscle.

I'm completely baffled at the lack of professionalism and knowledge this person has to offer. Wouldn't even put her name and the label Doctor in the same breath ever. Please at all cost avoid this doctor!!!! she should not be allowed to practice Medicine or provide any kind of care AT ALL!!!!!!! I highly urge anyone who is a current patient to seek medical assistance from someone else

She was a very good doctor for me for years, however, recently, she seems to have her mind elsewhere. I have seen her leave the office and her staff immediately asks me to reschedule my appointment when I was already there waiting in the waiting area. I understand emergencies occur, but this happens too frequently that I had to change my doctor.
