I would describe her as professional, friendly, competent, caring and very intelligent. She listens (unlike many other medical professionals) and communicates clearly, making visits informative and valuable. Dr. Karabatsos doesn't make decisions AT you, but WITH you. I'm so grateful to have her as my gyn.

My previous doctor had retired and Dr. Karabatsos was recommended. I didn't think I would ever be as comfortable with another doctor but I was wrong. She is dedicated, professional, warm and funny. I feel so fortunate to have found her.

I really wanted to love Dr. Karabatsos because I decided to make an appointment after hearing a glowing recommendation from someone I trust. However, Dr. K seemed very rushed and distracted during our appointment. Worst of all, she insinuated that my weight was the cause of my issues before even testing anything (I’ve since been diagnosed with a hormone condition that causes weight gain) and told me I needed to lose weight without asking anything about my eating or exercise habits first. I’m in recovery from years of disordered eating, so this was honestly heartbreaking and shocking for me. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back as I’ve already found a new provider. Thankfully it seems like my experience was a fluke as the rest of the reviews I’ve seen are positive, but it hurts to feel like I am the only one who had this experience.

I would recommend Dr. Karabatsos. This was my first time meeting her and she was very friendly and easy to talk to. She has a wonderful bedside manner.

Doctor was very professional and understanding

I saw her for the first time as my doctor had recently retired. She had obviously reviewed my chart and new my history. There was almost no time in the waiting or exam rooms. I love that she has you get dressed and then talks to you in her office after the exam. She’s personable and makes it easy to ask questions. In addition she takes the time to explain things and answer any questions you have. I highly recommend her.
