Dr. Gultom was assigned to my father’s care in 2012 at Green Knoll Nursing Home, Alzheimer's unit. He was kind & attentive, addressed my concerns and cooperated with my wishes regarding my father’s end of life. I appreciated his ability to be completely honest, something he always did with kindness & when my father entered hospice, Dr. Gultom outlined everything I should expect to see. I will always be deeply grateful for his support & for the medical care he provided for my father.

Dr. Gultom takes care of my parents at Brideway Care Center in Hillsborough. He is always kind with them. He always returns my calls promptly. he is honest about their condition and attentive to their needs. He is the best!
