Great DR and Great Medical assistants-Staff
I have had only positive experiencec since I started seeing Dr. Mohtasebi. Her staff is always working hard when I come in. The Medical Assistants and front desk girls are on top of everything. I have never had trouble being seen or getting refills, They respond quickly to my emails and answer all of my questions during my check in and check out process. Dr. Mohtasebi listens to my needs and addresses my issues. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mohtasebi and her staff to family and friends.

Very disappointing
A diabetic Dr always always checks out patients feet specially as her first patient. She didnot do that and my moms ankle got worse to the point that she could no longer wear her shoes. She didnot spend time going over her meds till we intervened and helped her take care of my mom.

Rude, rushes the appointment, and does not listen. She does not usually have the patient's best interest at heart and knows she can get away with it because there is a large demand/need for more endocrinologists in the area with a 3-month waiting period to get an appointment.

She listens,is friendy, chooses the right treatment for you. She shows compassion and seems to really care. I like her. She is a doctor that treats the whole person, not just your ailments.

Not a good listener, unwilling/unable to think outside the box or find solutions for the human being in front of her. Recently changed locations, but seems like the same disorganized staff. Will not see this doctor again.

Was searching for a experienced endocrinologist but after looking at the outside of the office it made me nerves to get out of the car. An Old beat up house converted to office. Plus reading other bad reviews of the Dr I'm glad I did not follow up. No one answers the phone anyway!

Had same problems with this office. Anyway the place is closed down now. I noticed the other day but I think Dr Ricky Mac is still practicing someplace.

Absolute worst office!!! It's in a terrible area, and office looks run down and barely recognizable. The staff was short and rude. Getting through with them on the phone is impossible! Their two lines are always busy. I was out on hold for 29 mins and left there, after they left the office. Worst doctor experience I have ever had!!!
