She asks others to be nicer while she struts around like a princess. She just expects everyone to kowtow to her.

My encounters with this doctor have left me with a strong sense of frustration and the feeling that genuine care for patients is simply not a priority anymore. With Dr. Yasmeen Mall Wengrow follow-ups were nonexistent, appointments felt rushed and impersonal, leaving me with the distinct impression that my concerns were not being heard or valued. Trust, an essential element in the doctor-patient relationship, was noticeably absent. There was a palpable lack of dedication and commitment to going the extra mile for patients. In a field where lives are at stake, it is crucial to have doctors who genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. Sadly, Dr. Yasmeen Mall Wengrow falls short of this standard. Her lack of investment in understanding my specific needs and her apparent disinterest in providing comprehensive care were deeply disconcerting.

I came regarding back pain and muscle soreness. She reviewed my symptoms and got strait to the point about my diagnosis. She was extremely professional and not excessively nice to a point of which it seemed excessive and fake. She listened to all of my concernes and I felt that the appointment was not rushed and all of my questions were answered. I defiantly will be requesting to see her in the future.

I came in because I was having chest pain and anxiety, etc. As soon as she walked in, she seemed like she was tired of me and also seemed to take the opportunity to be mean to a young woman by herself in a weak state. She straight out asked me If you already have a psychiatrist, then why are you here? Well lady, I didn't come in to be treated like I'm in an In n Out Drive Thru; I was having symptoms flare up and sought medical attention. Some civility was just too much to ask, I guess.
