I did not have a good experience. It was a new patient visit to establish care, I specifically set the appt for a Monday because I needed transportation and this was my transports only day available. When I arrived they told me the appt was set for Tuesday but I said this was wrong and was adamant that the appt needed to be that Monday. I had already waited weeks for the appt to begin with and did not have transport for Tuesday. They fit me in on Monday anyway. The doctor was very rude to me probably because I refused to do the appt on Tuesday and and she was acting suspicious of me because I went to college in another city so she didn't understand why I wanted a primary here but I live here so I would always come back when school was done for the semester. Once the appt was done she was having me set up for bloodwork and mocked my head nods as if she thought I was stupid. She specifically said they would call me with the results of the bloodwork but several weeks went by and I had to

We come to Dr. Kipervas for 15 years. She is a great family doctor. She is the one of a very few providers in the Poconos not taken over by the huge impersonal healthcare corporations. Dr. Kipervas spends time to talk and explain what is going on and what to do. She will not order unnecessary tests and she always tries to find cheaper alternative for the medications since our insurance is very limited. Dr. Kipervas cares for her patients, she is very knowledgeable and has a great personality.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Yelena Kipervas and her office. The offices clean, bright, in a very convenient location. Appointments run on time. Dr. Kipervas consistently answers all my questions before and after procedures, she provides a safe, understanding, sympathetic, private practice. Dr. Kipervas is the first Doctor I had that concentrated on wellness of the mind, body, and soul. I would highly recommend this practice.
