Dr. Yelena Vaynerov, MD

Dr. Vaynerov is caring, and very professional, she has spent more time explaining medical questions I had. She is great, and her staff are friendly and professional.

Yelena is a doctor that really appears to hate her job. Last few times I visited her, she always seemed to be in a bad mood and doesn’t want to take time answer questions. She is so not thorough compared to other doctors I’ve seen. On top of that, 80% of the time she doesn’t return call after a visit. Last time I spoke to her, she got irate with me on the phone b/c I wanted some details about my test results and she didn’t want to talk more than 2 minutes explain and with a bad attitude said I can just come in to get the full report. I didn’t even talk to her more than 2 minutes! What worried me most was when I told her about a condition, I had due to diet which another well known doctor told me & she just dismissed he said despite that was what cured me- changing my diet. It really made me question her credibility. In addition, often when you call the office – someone answers “hello”. Just like that. Like I’m calling someone’s apartment. So unprofessional.
