Today was my first time visiting him. He was belitting, did not listen to what I was saying about my care and could not communicate effectively. He dismissed what I was saying and spoke down to me. He lacked the ability to effectively care for me and his staff was rude and belittling when I left. His care was so bad, I got up and walked out of his office.

  • Staff wasn't friendly

I have been a patient of Dr. Desta for about 2 years & my rating for overall treatment & care would exceed 5 stars! He is a 5 star+ with me! His knowledge of infectious disease is apparant & he takes time to explain all aspects of treatment in understandable translation.
