Went to Dr. Moyas office ignoring the mixed reviews as I just needed my birth control implant removed. The office has hidden charges that won't be on the contract you sign. I was told the removal price and that id owe nothing more. I was also told it will be credited to my next visit since it was a difficult removal. I wasted my time waiting, to them tell me I have a $200 extra fee that out of nowhere and after my payment was taken and waiting another hour, I was told the procedure can't be done because Dr. Moya not even have the supplies she needed to complete my removal. Dr. Moya acts like she cares in front of you but behind closed doors she really doesn't and didn't realize I could hear her conversation with the nurse assistant. The doctor I was sent to instead who does have actual supplies and skill to do his job, was very apologetic and kind.

Worst experience
Had the worst experience with this doctor, my Pap smear was very very painful, will never see this doctor again. Terrible!!!

Bad experience
My first time with Dr. Moya. The Pap test was completed quick and painful. She saw me in a hurry and spoke too fast. I don't recommend it.

Horrible. I left the office practically crying. Very quick, not gentle at all, don't sit down and discuss all the symptoms and review the routine it was painful !! she was talking so loud in the office. Everyone could hear everything !! I'm not going to come back! I'm not sure if I'm hurt, but this has never happened to me before. I do not recommend it at all!

I have been seeing Dr. Moya over 3 years and I love the way she cares about her patients, very polite, good listener, explain you everything with details, always willing to hear and answer your questions, and super friendly. I love her!!

Over all the office space is clean and well organized. It may be confusing at first because they own multiple offices in the same hallway, but staff is very friendly and welcoming and walk you to each office space as needed. I loved that when speaking to staff they were very poliet and respectable when sharing information with me
