Wonderful physician. No nonsense approach was highly appreciated. Testing procedures very painless and maintained my utmost comfort. Best ever in a long list of previous gastro doctors. Highly recommend.

Dr himself is great. The office staff is completely awful and downright incompetent. I have been a patient of his for now 5 years. Today was the last. I did just as the Dr advised but because of the Covid-19 I’m being told there are new office policies in place. So I can’t follow through as requested without another copay and office visit via telecommunication. I understand the Covid issue and the risk and all. But the Dr whom I’ve built a relationship with for now again a number of years said to call and we can do this. Well not if the office staff don’t pass along the message. I hate changing Dr as this guy has been very good but I have no other option.

Saw Dr Ostrinsky for a few years before moving. He ended up being only one to listen to me. Finally had diagnosis that explained much of what was going on. However, beyond that, no help post DX

Office staff very inept and inconsiderate. Many mistakes in billing and issuing patient instructions led to unnecessary office visit which I was billed for. Not at all happy with how things were handled in the office.

I had been putting off my routine colonoscopy for a few years. I started having a slight, persistent twinge and burning in the same area almost daily, so I talked myself into the procedure. He was busy at the office visit, but polite, concerned, pleasant and informative. He was busy right before and after the procedure, but still explained the procedure and the things he had biopsied. I had a diverticulum and a polyp. At the followup he politely explained the normal biopsy reports.

Amazing very caring doctor

I really like this doctor. He saw me inpatient and also post-discharge. He’s easy to talk to and takes time to listen. He also performed my colonoscopy at his facility.

After my colonoscopy, with a cold look he came in with news that he found a large massive tumor that looks cancerous and we need to start finding oncologist, surgeon, insurance and so on. That was that, could of been done more delicate. That was a Thursday, and everyone happy to go home after that being closed on Friday. After dropping a bomb we had so many questions. He never called, Monday was still there they, he didn't call but I got the results from the biopsy from staff.

Dr.Ostrinsky phoned me personally and I am going to see him from now on.he restored my faith in humanity!!

Everyone was great, very positive, fun, & most importantly, very informative. Amy & Amy were very helpful & made the experience enjoyable. Was only doing a colonoscopy but still no stress! Thanks to all & worth the drive!! Even called to see if I wanted to move up due to a cancellation.

I had seen his NP, Brittany, on two separate occasions and she was great. I just recently met with Dr. Ostrinsky and he was very patient, told me how things were, listened to everything I had to say, and was very thorough. He had an entire waiting room full of patients too. I recommend them highly. I have never been to a Gastroenterologist, NP that was this thorough. Thank you Dr. O and Brittany for taking such good care of me.
