Heartless and Unprofessional: A Nightmare Visit
Rather than allowing her to explain the situation, he continuously demeaned her. His shouting was so loud that it was audible to other patients and staff in the waiting area.Despite my mother’s willingness to return home and bring the blood pressure machine later in the day—her commute from home to the office being an hour and thirty minutes—Dr. Yang dismissively told her to come back next month. As a result, my mother left the appointment in tears and uneasy, with her health concerns unresolved, many questions unanswered, and no action taken regarding her care. This experience was not only disheartening but also distressing, as it suggests that other elderly or vulnerable patients might face similar treatment. It is troubling to think that Dr. Yang’s behavior could negatively impact others who, like my mother, may have limited options due to language barriers and lack of medical knowledge. I urge anyone considering Dr. Yang’s services to reconsider.
