Did not listen to and responded as though she preferred not to address my questions or concerns. “That has nothing to do with the results”. The first visit she seemed perturbed because I did not know how to answer question: “What did she meant? When did the symptom occur? I took copious notes for 2 weeks but she was not interested my journal of symptoms. I received the impression Dr. Ying Du preferred getting me out of the examining room rather than addressing my concerns or relieving anxiety. With my 10 minute appointment completed, she stood dismissing me she said, “I have a patient waiting.” How did she make me feel,“Cattle rushed into the slaughter house,” “A patient on an assembly line” “My life had no value.” She was very abrupt and preferred short answer without explanations. “Make appoint for 1 year”.... will never happen.

Spoke with office to become a new patient. Was told they would call me after reviewing my records forwarded from my primary. Never heard from office for 3 weeks so I called. Was informed at that time that they no longer take new patients. Here i waited 3 weeks and no courtesy call to tell me this. Now I have to contact my primary to have records sent to another RA specialist.
