Highly Disappointed
Dr. Birnbaum was very dismissive when I was asking questions nor did he explain what he was talking about when answering my questions. This man should NOT be in this field as heartless as he was during my visit. He seemed as if he was in a hurry to get me out and was just plain rude. This is dealing with my heart so yes I’m going to have questions and he as a doctor should’ve been more patient and understanding when it came to my concerns. I would not recommend him to my worse enemy!

I was gravely disappointed in the lack of response both through their client portal and via phone calls for the follow-up tests Dr. Birnbaum had suggested. I even called 2-3 times over 3 weeks and left an e-message via their preferred portal and yet no reply. I do not recommend him or his team.

Extreamly through, I think hes a excellent Doctor. He answers question I email him the same day. He cares for his patients. His staff is very good as well. I have made a appointment for my wife to see Dr. Birnbaum as well, as a result of my seeing what a excellent Dr he is.
