Dr. Yousef Shweihat, MD

A couple of visits, first visit I wrote off the condescending attitude, then had to make several calls to get them to follow up on testing, and meds, cut to 6 weeks later, follow up appointment, Got a message that he has to cancel, then a week later I get another call to reschedule. Cut to the day of the rescheduled appointment, I get a call at 8:30 am asking I I could be there at 9:45, as the doctor had to cover for someone else, I break feee from what I’m doing, get down there, you could tell he didn’t want to be there, had another attitude, I swear he was accusing me of smoking drugs saying “what are you smoking” or something like that, slouched down in his chair no paperwork, no nothing and told me that I must be inhaling something. I left after just a few minutes of him berating me and I couldn’t take his attitude any more. I would not recommend. Definitely getting a second opinion.

Dr. Shweihat was very knowledgeable about the connections between my autoimmune diseases and Cardiovascular & Pulmonary disorders on my FIRST VISIT with him!

He helped me through a bad lung infection in 2018. I give him a 100% rating on the care he gave me. He was very thorough and explained every thing so I knew what I was facing.

Dr. Shweihat was one of the specialists who cared for me while in the hospital with complications arising from a pulmonary embolism. He is professional, attentive, and very straight forward with addressing your questions and concerns. He literally saved my life and for that I cannot thank him enough. I am blessed to have had him attending to my medical needs in a time of crisis. I trust him and would recommend him to anyone who requires a pulmonologost/critical care physician.
