I am hopeful with Dr. de Jong's ability to treat me even though I've only had one appointment with him. Through questioning, he sought an initial assessment of the cause of my condition. He continued by advising me of the tests he would have me take followed by the treatment(s) he would apply accordingly. However, afterward I was surprised to discover that he had the same tests performed as my PCP had. Yet he did have an additional one done.

Dr de Jong is truly one of a kind. He is punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field of Hepatology and will not let you leave the office until you have a complete and clear understanding of your condition and best practices for treatment. His bedside manner is what separates him from the rest and it’s rare to find a dedicated physician who is also a humanitarian as well. Dr. de Jong deeply cares about his patients and their overall well-being.
