Two Thumbs Up!
Dr Shen is definitely one of my favorites, not only very thorough, but also very genuine and has such a great personality, we even shared a couple of laughs, I’ve seen her a handful of times and have always had excellent experiences. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends!

This woman doesn’t care about my health. She barely listens to my concerns. Also, what doctor now a days doesn’t prescribe oral contraceptive??? She wants to spend the least time possible with patients.

She should no longer be a doctor. She does not care about the patient or how to help them. Ive been turned away several times by her to get my co-pay back because she was unable to recommend a treatment or doctor referral. I've been in pain for years and there has never been a recommendation other than "take Motrin". When I took so much of it I ended up in the hospital with severe stomach ulcers.
