Surely not a good person and sure not a good docto
I had to go to her because Dr. Wang (Colonoscopy Doctor office) referred us to get opinion. When I went to her office for examination, instead of coming closer to me she was rudely asking me to go further away, even though I had my mask. And the way she was pushing me further as if I have COVID 19 positive for sure. Then mistreated me by saying that I don't have Hemorrhoids. But when I went to ER at NY Presbyterian hospital, they found that it was Hemorrhoids. Find someone else. No offence but surely not a good person and sure not a good doctor.

She is very arrogant , cold and distant! She shoulda worked better on her manners. Not approachable at all , speaks to the patients or personnel like a correction officer. Zero star!

Seeing her is a wrong decision! She doesn’t like questions. I was referred by another doctor. She didn’t do much exam on me on the first visit. I thought she got my information from the another doctor. I waited almost two hours on surgery day. Without knowing what happened next from her, I asked nurses and anesthetist. After surgery, she told me to make appointment later. She said “don’t worry, I did a lot of surgeries and they all survive so can you!” I didn’t have a chance to ask what did not happen I needed to go back to the hospital. On my way out, a nurse told me I need to worry if I could not pee. Therefore, go find someone else, not her!!

I went to Dr. Guo for hemorrhoid issues. She was efficient, pleasant, and helpful. My pre- and post-op visits were handled with care and all questions were answered thoroughly. My surgery went well with no issues whatsoever. I would certainly recommend this doctor to other patients.

I would avoid Dr. Guo at all costs! She is really impatient and unprofessional. I went in for a first check up and she gave me an exam which was extremely rushed and uncomfortable. At the end of the exam, she wasn't even really sure what I had and kept throwing around the term cancer without checking my blood work. When i went back for a follow up, she became very agitated with me and she wanted to perform THE SAME exam on me for no reason. There are much better doctors out there!!!
