Dr. Yun Ling, MD

My first appointment with her I was accidentally given the wrong form to fill out prior to the appointment so she did not have my prescription information, etc. A minor annoyance, but not a big deal. She didn't ask me until halfway through, seemingly as a side though, but offered me a weight loss prescription almost immediately. She rushed through the appointment and didn't listen to me in the slightest. She did ask questions, but didn't listen to any of my concerns and was entirely dismissive. I don't know how long the appointment was supposed to be but she was on her way out the door while I was still talking to her (I only saw her for about 20 minutes). Her assistant sent me a prescription for birth control (which I'm already on but she didn't know since she didn't let me tell her all the prescriptions I was on). Absolutely the worst doctors appointment I've ever had. She has the bedside manner of a freight train.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Ling for several years. She is very good at reviewing blood tests, but has now on multiple times messed up on routine Rx's for both my wife and I. Email communication is also spotty. I am not sure if it is her or her staff, but a bit frustrating.

3 1/2 minutes with the Dr is an average time she spends with you. No interest in patients, just how many can be seen in an hour

She is very caring, understanding.

Dr. Ling helped me with my questions about medications. She listens well and is respectful of me as a patient. Her assistants change and they sometimes make mistakes in ordering my medications, but Dr. Ling supervised them on my last visit.

Encourages self health

Dr. Ling has been treating me for several years and has helped me a lot. My health conditions have greatly improved with her care and advice. She is efficient and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate her service.

Thorough. Listened. Not a long wait at all. Truly cares about patients.

My wife submitted a prescription for a critical medical device and Dr Ling’s office staff did not even submit it until my wife called to check a week later. Patients suffer when they need timely access to prescriptions. Totally unacceptable service. They are also incompetent with scheduling and billing issues. Dr Ling is a great doctor but she needs to fire her office staff or raise the standards.

Dr.Ling is very professional and knowledgeable doctor.

I am extremely happy with Dr. Ling as a doctor. She is very thorough and always concerned that you are doing better. She always listens and answers any questions you might have.
