Seeing Dr. Heir's low evaluations on the internet, we were not expecting a good experience. However, just the opposite occurred. From the beginning of the appointment until the end, he was as friendly and competent as possible. He showed real concern for getting the diagnosis and follow-up steps correct. This is a good doctor who I will be glad to see again if so indicated by test results.
