Never call back for my blood test. Call office and complained but they said too busy. Dr. Will never call. she is too busy.

first time patient of Dr. Creased, my doctor couldn't fit me in. I am disappointed that she didn't do a basic exam when I came in for my sinus infection. Didn't listen to my lungs, look in my ears, or tap on my sinus like my doctor does when I come in for a sinus infection. She could have easily overlooked something. Didn't make me feel like I was totally taken care of.

As a first time patient, very disappointed with her as a Doctor, she did even not do the basic exam a doctor would do, I was due for refills on my current meds. She did not bother to do the basic exam or schedule basic lab work. She just refilled my meds. My prior doctor would not refill meds if I did not have lab work done at least in the past 3-6 months. She had no problem refilling my meds even thou I had not lab work done for 1 year.

It is rare that we find a doctor with so much knowledge and so much total compassion and passion for her patients. I thank the day that Dr. Cressey became my physician.

Dr. Cressey is an incredibly competent and caring doctor. My family has had the best of experiences in her care for the past 4 years. I love that she is very proficient and skilled as a physician, but also maintains a small family practice. It is a wonderful gift to be treated as a person, not a number, as a patient. I recommend her to my family and friends, without reservation.
