Arrogant and doesn't follow up
During my last (unnecessary) visit when the dr. didn't have the test results, he asked me the same question three times. He said he would call and even leave a long message to explain the results for a test I had waited for over a year once the other dr. prepared the report and did not. He just left me a message in the patient portal that provided brief and unpersonalized information to my situation, despite findings that were 'significant.' He said in the message he 'tried to be thorough in explaining,' but that was all theoretical without any actual result reached. If you say you're going to do something, do it.
