Dr. Yvonne Galella, DO

I started to see Dr Galella in Jan 2021, she seemed to be a good choice for my health care needs, I was happy with her, on our 2nd visit in July, our wellness visit, we discussed in detail my health care, it went very well. Then in Aug, they set me up once again with televisit ( wellness) with nurse practioner, really not sure, I spent a whole hour discussing the same as I did with Dr Galella in July. I got sick with severe sinus infection & post nasal drip, I called & was told to try different over the counter meds, didn't work, spent a great deal of money to no avail. I called back & requested a med my previous Dr got me & I had spoke to Dr galella in July, I do get these severe sinus attacks quite frequently, well going back & forth with this nurse, who abruptly cut me off with any kind of treatment other then over the counter garbage, bottom line, Dr Galella failed to meet my health care need's. F-rating, overbilling wellness visit's x 2

Office clean , orderly , Dr. very through, interested , spent time answer my ? explained her answer , followed up my visit checking my scripts correctness .

As one of those people who tends to be anxious about doctor visits, I find that I am quite comfortable with Dr. Galella. She has a very calm, reassuring manner. She welcomes questions and concerns. She makes sure to go over bloodwork etc.. and discusses what might be needed in tests, diet, and general health.

Dr. Galella is well prepared, professional, and caring. I have always had a resolution to my problem on any visit. I trust her diagnosis.

Dr. Galella is the best PCP I've ever had in my life. She cares so much, and I feel really seen and heard when I meet with her. I get the same level of care whether I can make it into the office or during a telehealth visit. She's A++++

My family and I have been seeing Dr Galella for about 6 years and we are very confident in her. She is not a constant pills pushed and she helps with giving good advice as to the alternative. Very pleased with hwr. Would definitely recommend as as a family or personal physician.

Office staff is awful and unprofessional. I heard the blond woman at the front desk making fun of patients and a drug rep, but yet she managed to enter my insurance information incorrectly.
