This was my very first visit with Dr. Fridirici. He walked in and knew my whole history from reviewing it the night before. I am used to the doctor scanning through my chart as they’re walking in the door. He was very prepared, very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I wish every doctor worked like he does! The healthcare system would be a much better place!

Dr. Zachary Fridirichi successfully removed a tumor on my parotid gland. He was honest with me from the start. He knew I was concerned about scarring, and did a beautiful job to minimize it. Follow up was great too. I couldn't be more pleased!

Dr. Zach is an exceptional physician. He has it all, a warm and friendly bedside manner coupled with being extremely intelligent and a highly skilled surgeon. The staff is so friendly and helpful and all together, they make an extraordinary team.

I highly recommend Dr. Zach! I saw him for my ear as well as my nose and even suspected orbital rim and jawline fractures. He was not only knowledgeable but seemed genuinely concerned for my well being. He was honest about whether to have surgery or not instead of just wanting the money. If I have any ENT issues (hopefully not caused by the same thing as before) in the future I’m definitely going back to him! Thanks

I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Zack three times for a throat condition. He was not only Highly Intelligent but also very Kind, Compassionate, Caring and Understanding, He sat and explained everything to me , I never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend him to everyone I know. His staff is GREAT also !! Especially Pamela and Ashley, I can't thank them enough for their Compassion and Kindness. Thank you for making my experience truly amazing!!

My daughter had multiple ear infections and needed tubes. Dr. Zach was amazing with her. His bedside manner was outstanding and age appropriate. He took our concerns seriously and gave her the care and attention that she needed. After surgery he followed up and has kept an open door policy. A jewel of a doctor in Waukesha!

I had an initial evaluation recently by Dr. Fridirici. I found him to be very thorough, knowledgeable, and was impressed with the level of his awareness of my medical history. He performed the nasal endoscopy very smoothly and shared the view while explaining his findings. Would highly recommend him as your ENT physician.

Saw Dr. Fridirici for problems with dizziness and nausea. Suspected they might be ear related. Dr. Fridirici took the time to explain the possible causes for these problems and referred me to several specialists for additional testing.

Dr. Zach was wonderful! As dumb as this sounds, I was traumatized as a little kid by an old ENT doctor cleaning wax out of my ears. It was a horrendous experience and I have avoided it ever since. My ears were so plugged I couldn't hear so I took a change with Moreland ENT. He used a microscope and was extremely gentle. I felt nothing and I can hear again! He is personable and kind and I highly recommend him.
