I visited UF Health; Shands in Jacksonville, Florida and received the best care from Dr. Funk! Originally, I went to another hospital and they did not make me feel confident to trust them. Dr. Funk went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I had an accurate diagnosis based on the fear of a second misread. I cannot begin to tell you how that gave me peace of mind considering my daughter is a 3 year old heart patient. I cannot afford to be down nor injure myself more. I needed to know how to properly treat myself to care for her appropriately. I think he is doing amazing during his residency and everyone needs to know what an impact he made on me. I'm sure I am not the only one of his patients that has trusted his level of care! Go Dr. Funk!!! You are setting the bar high for the example of what every doctor should provide. I hope you stay at UF Health in Jacksonville! God Bless
