Front desk was quick and efficient, and at least didn’t make me feel worse. I was seen promptly and the tech who triaged me was friendly and did a painless blood draw. The tech who took my chest x-ray and administered my subcu injection was professional and friendly. Dr. Guynn listened intently and made good eye content. He was thoughtful and patient as I delivered a somewhat fractured plethora of symptoms. He was thorough and let me play doctor and, after evaluating my labs and x-ray, shot down my diagnosis in a good-natured way, and gave me what I needed. Upbeat attitude and overall pleasant experience. Check out was smooth and efficient. A bit over 2 hours at the clinic.

Very thorough exam. Asked me lots of questions and really listened to my concerns. Provided personalized service by ensuring I had appropriate follow up care for my fracture. When I was told by a local orthopedic clinic I couldn’t be seen for three days he personally called the clinic to make sure I was seen in a timely manner. Got an appointment the same day he called! Thanks Dr. Guynn!

Dr. Guynn is enthusiastic in his approach to solving medical problems and gives thorough answers to my questions. He has shown humility but steadfastness in my visits. He and his staff remember my name and are always familiar with my medical history. I am very pleased to say he is my doctor.

He takes time to listen to you. He remembers your history even if he hasn't seen you in a while. He doesn't try and rush you out of his office and doesn't prescribe medicine unless absolutely necessary. I like that he tries to suggest vitamins or diets without prescribing medicine first. Great doctor!!
