Told me my work injury wasn’t a concern
Went in after a major work injury, my shoulder dislocated and one of my ribs popped out. I could barely get a breath in without yelling in pain. I went in (during this time I would have been a minor) and was told “you’ll be fine,” by Meyer. Giving me the “you’re young, you’ll be okay.” It took one trip to my main doctor for him to fill out my work injury report and confirm that my shoulder was dislocated. Save your time and go to a doctor who’ll listen to what you have to say.
What went well
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Staff friendliness
  • Appointment wasn't rushed
  • Wait times
What could be improved
  • I didn't feel respected
  • Didn't listen or answer questions
  • Didn't explain conditions well
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
