Does not care
I do not think he could be bothered at all with my rheumatoid condition. They obviously don’t pay him to care, but he could at least know what condition I literally have. Isn’t it on the screen under my name?

Friendly and Caring
Dr Pruhs has been very caring and attentive since meeting with him. I have a rare autoimmune disease that has made treatment 'tricky'. He is always considerate of my condition and works hard to make certain that the medications he prescribes won't 'hurt me'. After a previous doctor dismissed me, it is amazing to find a rheumatologist that is willing to listen.

Great Doctor
Dr. Pruhs is a thoughtful caring physician who goes beyond the pale to find answers and recommend treatments. I highly recommend him to anyone with autoimmune problems.

Excellent
Dr. Pruhs is excellent. I don't feel the low reviews on here are warranted. It can be hard to get an appointment, but it's not his fault that they need more doctors to keep up with the patient volume. He always takes his time and answers all questions. It was clear he reviewed my chart and medical history before my first consult. Friendly and approachable doctor. Highly recommend.

Dr. Pruhs has a kind and easy-going demeanor, but I found he didn't care about getting to the root of my health issues. I think this is because my presentation isn't severe yet and I am seronegative. I asked for more details about some diagnostics and next steps to take, and it took him three business days to tell me to take NSAIDs. No more info. No more tests or visits. Just take advil and the joint pain, swelling, rashes, enthesitis, etc. will go away, right? Very frustrating.
