Apparently due to computer issues Dr Sphall thought I was in for annual physical when I had my last one [omitted] with Dr Sphall. If I was actally having an annual physical, I would expect to get out of my chair and onto the patient table. I came in specifically for uninary/bladder issue and was not prepared to bring up other issues. It wasn't until I ask about scheduling my next annual for [omitted] that he informed me we had just done a physical. If the insurance EOB declines payment because not 12 months since last physical, I will only pay $40 co-pay. I like Dr Sphall but apparently we were on different pages due to computer glitch.
