Dr. Zachery Barnett, DPM

I went to Dr Barnett because I was having severe foot pain when I walked, his nurse took info then took me to x-ray, I couldn't press my foot down as asked because I have polio and that leg just hangs there, I explained to nurse and told her if I could sit in chair I could use my hands to push foot down, she said they had no chair to use, I said there are 2 chairs in the exam room we just left, she said nothing, I then suggested that I use the crutches I keep in my car, she said we have crutches so go back to exam room and I'll bring them to you, I waited 25 minutes watching the staff stand around drinking and eating snacks I was never told it was break time (9am ?) and no one checked on me, I decided to leave, no one said a word as we left and later called to see if I was coming back, I said no and was sent a report from office with none in all fields... I have never been so ignored in any doctors office, can't understand why it would take over 25 minutes to find crutches and no info

Dr Barnett and his staff have been awesome! I’ve had a tough road of re-hab since 8/2020 and finally see myself without a knee scooter soon! Thank y’all and God Bless y’all!
