Started off well, ended badly
I came across this Dr. in 2021 after I got COVID. She was helpful and I decided to make her my PCP. Fast forward to 2023, I was having some medical issues which needed accommodation at my job. When I brough in the papers she made very unnecessary remarks like, this wasn't a paperwork visit, but no one ever told me there was a difference, even when making the appointment I told them what I was coming for. I had a series of visits afterwards where she was just dismissive. The last visit was it for me. She walked in and said 'can i help you' in a dry tone. My appointment had been made and my vitals were taken. After about 10 minutes of talking and her not really engaging, she walked out of the room. I sat there not knowing the visit was over. She then walked back in and said you can go now and walked out again. That was it for me. I've never made another appointment and found another Dr. who is very polite and professional. I wish I could recommend her, but its a no for me.

Did love Dr St Jean. BUT. Things have changed. I cannot call her, only get voice mail, left messages, but nobody calls me back. I need an imaging order, which she coded incorrectly twice. I call. Voice mail again and again. No test!!
