Dr. Marcuson and her assistant are friendly, kind, and thorough. They help you feel comfortable for the procedure by being caring, informative, and patient. Dr. Marcuson has performed two procedures for me. Each time, she thoughtfully and gently explained what she was going to do during the procedure. This helped to put me at ease and give me confidence that I was in good hands.

An excellent experience with a very professional and well-organized staff supporting an accomplished MD. A far better experience than I have had elsewhere in Williamsburg.

The doctor removed a fairly large basel cell skin cancer growth from my upper lip area between my lip and nose. She skillfully was able to cut along somewhat horizontally such that she could then reattach the skin toward my nose, thus covering what would have been a fairly large unsightly scar. She is an artist with her ability to perform MOHS yet eliminate the need for a plastic surgeon. And, her bedside manner is very caring and reassuring. I am so glad we found her.
