Dr. Zeenat Chowdhury-Jackson, MD

Doctor Jackson cares about her patients, and is very through with her patients. She has been my doctor, and my wifes doctor for a number of years. She has a caring heart, and was the first doctor who took the time to call me at home with condolence, when I lost a family member. Dr. Jackson has to my knowledge always showed concern to her patients, and answered any question we ever had.

Over talks you Doesn't fully listen Is very loud.

I have seen Dr. Chowdshury many times at El Rio and contrary to other reviews, I believe she cares very much for her patients. Her manner is direct and formal, but she expressed great concern about my following up on screenings and tests. I believe some of the bad experiences people have relates to El Rio itself. Though the clinic has a very good mission of community service, they are OVERWHELMED. All my experience with El Rio has been full of delays, mix ups with prescriptions, difficulty getting records transferred.....on and on. I don't think it is the fault of individual doctors as much as an inefficient system. Sometimes the doctors ARE in a hurry, but I don't think it is because they don't care.....it's because they have so many, too many patients to tend to.

Called to get Mother in Law's prescriptions refilled. We waited 3 days and then went to drug store, they sent in "out of date prescriptions". Called again and was told care team would contact us. No phone call for 7 days. Called again and was told again that the care team would contact us. We told them to forget it, that we were contacting the Attorney General's Office. If this is the way they treat the Elderly, they should be put out of business. This behavior could be killing people.

I will not be going back to this doctor very dissatisfied with her so called experience i did not believe a word from her mouth about anything she is a very lazy doctor she is inconsiderate and does not care what her patient is saying i will not reccomend her to any one

I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. CHOWDHURY-JACKSON TO ANYBODY. SHE HAS NO COURTESY AND DOES NOT CARE WHAT THE PATIENT TELLS HER AND SEES PATIENTS WITHIN 5 MINS OR LESS THEN THE USUAL 15 MINS THAT A DOCTOR IS SUPPOSE TO BE WITH A PATIENT IN THE ROOM.
