Horrible experience and horrible people
I made an appointment for my annual physical exam and she asked me whether I had any concerns during the exam. Naturally, I responded. Then I received a big bill. I went there in person to explain my physical exam should be 100% covered, and the front desk agreed to talk to the doctor about it. However, I received the bill in the mail again after a few weeks. I then called the office and Maria rudely insisted that my physical exam should be considered a sick visit because I raised concerns during the exam. I explained that I should be informed if my physical exam was automatically turned into a sick visit just because I responded to the doctor’s question. I also requested Maria to talk to the doctor and kindly share with me the results of their decision by phone. I received no reply from Maria or anyone else from the office. Instead, a debt collector contacted me asking for payment. I still can’t believe this experience is true! It's a shame such people decide to be a doctor!

Not accommodating at all
They tried hard to overcharge me. Also I wanted to get my lab work at Quest Diagnostic but they kept asking me to get it done at the clinic and preventing me from getting prescriptions through fax.

I had been with this doctor for many many years before I moved to a new place and had to change the family physician. I requested to transfer my medical record and they said the charge would be $1 per page. It is really a rip-off as I had 100+ pages of record according to her office. I suggest everyone to stay away from this doctor. This doctor will try whatever she could to charge you.

This was My second appointment it was horrible and I walk out. I tried to cancel my Monday morning appointment due to an illness I couldn't for see and needed to see a GI doctor for. Good thing they care enough to want to charge me $40 to cancel and not care why I had to cancel my blood work that I should have gone to a lab for with no charge. So I went and they made me wait 15 minutes in an exam room before moving me because they had to put a different patient in the room. they are just rude.
