I don't believe Dr. Beatty has the greatest bedside manner. I have seen her a few times, and most of the time things were great. She seemed kind and attentive, but there were a few instances where I had concerns but I felt as though she inadvertently diminished them or provided basic solutions that I had already tried without any probing and made it seem those solutions had to be the resolution to my issues. I will admit that my disappointment kept me from further pushing my concerns, and I'm the only one responsible for that. Aside from that, I can tell that Dr. Beatty is very knowledgeable. It really only takes one meeting to tell that she is good at her job, bedside manner aside. She doesn't necessarily show that she cares with her bedside manner, but I could tell that she cared through her actions and medical expertise, which is ultimately most important to me. She is very thorough and patient, but I just think our personalities were on opposite sides of the spectrum.

Beatty performed my c section. Excellent doctor. Patient, kind, knowledgable, and I felt like she really took the time to explain things and really cared about a good outcome for me.

During a normal vaginal delivery I had an emergency situation. I am a medical professional myself and I was extremely impressed with the actions of Dr. Beatty. It is because of her actions that my son is alive and healthy. She is extremely professional and friendly. I will forever owe her my gratitude for the care she provided.
