Aaron listens to my concerns and gives me a treatment plan, keeping my wishes in mind. He never pressures me to take a new medication if I'm not comfortable with it, he allows me to ask as many questions as I need to be sure I understand any changes, and he's a personable guy. I trust his judgement and expertise.

Aaron was outstanding! I attended a visit with my spouse. Aaron was patient, listened, and was incredibly kind. He listened without judgement and was incredibly knowledgeable! Thank you Aaron!

In fairness, despite the fact that my experience at this visit was incredibly bad, certainly the worst experience with a health care provider I have ever had, I don't think this fully reflects on Aaron. I felt really disrespected and violated by this experience, but there may have been some truth to Aaron's claim that he was following some new and (my word) perverse policy of Bronson West Main. Whether left to his own he would have done the same thing I do not know, though I am confident that a stronger person would have found a good solution. This may be because he is a PA, rather than an MD, and doesn't have much of authority, or is afraid of trying to do the right thing if his job security is poor. In any case, I left really disgusted, and whether it is all Aaron's fault he was the provider who was involved in making me feel disgusted.
