Exceptional
I called to ask some questions in a quest to find a more appropriate counselor. I was met with a prompt answer from Aaron who, admitted he was actively on vacation so our first session would be a touch delayed. He did however spend plenty of time answering my questions in a genuine and knowledgeable manner. He was also willing to work with me on a sliding scale basis due to my current low income status. I've had several sessions and have nothing but positive things to say.

Totally ghosted me!
Never had a visit. I reached out. He responded via text. Asked my basic issues and then never responded back! My issues were very benign normal issues having to do with recent grief after a death. That’s it!
